As a broker, We are able to give you the best deals because we negotiate discounts and special rates with local suppliers. We are independent, not an agent for any particular car rental company.
Is there a fee for canceling or changing the reservation?
We do not have cancellation fee when we are advised 48 hours prior to the reserved rental start date. We do not charge any amendment fee up to 48 hours prior to rental start date however should a reservation be amended the client will have to pay the rate available at the time of change. No refund is possible for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the reserved rental start date & time and for cancellations after the planned pick up date. We do not refund any unused days if the customer does not show up, shows up late or returns the vehicle early.

How can I pay for my rental?
You can pay by cash or by credit card, we do not take money from you, payment will be made after you make your contract. Car rental companies accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What should I do if the rental company has charged my credit card after the rental?
Please be aware that if the rental company takes a payment from your card they may do so without prior notification. Common reasons for post-rental charges include re-fuelling, if the car has been returned with less fuel than required by your contract; late delivery; traffic violation fines, administration charges, or damages found on the vehicle. Who provides the insurance?
When you use a brokerage the insurance is provided by the car hire supplier.

How are your prices being calculated?
Our car rental prices are based on a 24-hour time period, e.g. if you reserve and pick up your car rental at 14:00 you will have to drop it off at 14:00 at the latest. If you return the car late you often will be charged for an additional day.
Why do you need my Flight number?
If you pick up your rental car at an airport, please advise your flight number so the car hire company will know if your flight is delayed. The rental car will be ready and waiting for you as soon as you arrive a the airport.
Can I make a reservation in someone else's name?
Yes, you can make a reservation for someone else on our website. The person who's picking up the rental car have to bring a credit card in his/her own name though.
What will happen to my personal information?
We recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of information collected on our site. We will only use this information to contact you regarding any requests or bookings made with us. We will not sell or share your personal information to third parties.

Where do I find your office when arriving at the destination?
We are a car rental broker and do not have own counters or own fleet at the destination. The name of the car rental company providing your car will be sent to you by E-mail
Which documents do I need to present at time of pick-up?
At time of pick-up you have to present the voucher together with your driver license, your passport or photo ID and your credit card.
When does the actual rental start?
The actual rental is based on a 24-hours basis and starts with the exact time of pick-up which normally is printed on the rental agreement.
What is the amount of the security deposit which I have to leave with the car rental company at time of pick-up?
Most of car rental companies do not keep any amount from your credit card or in cash, they just keep a copy of your credit card in case if they will need to charge you.
Will I get the exact make and model which I have reserved?
Both we and the car rental supplier can only guarantee a certain car category and not a specific make or model. Car rental companies feature cars from many different manufacturers in the same category which should have the same features as confirmed at time of reservation.
What are the rules regarding fuel/first tank of gas?
Generally, car rental companies are applying 4 different rules: Full/Full means that you receive and have to return the car with a full tank of gas. You will be charged for any missing fuel. Full/Empty A means that you either have the option to purchase the full tank of gas at time of pick-up and can return the car with an empty tank. Full/Empty B means that the first tank of gas is being charged at time of pick-up and you return the car with an empty tank. Half/Half means that you need to return the car with the same amount of fuel in the tank as at time of pick-up. No refund is being made for unused fuel.
What kind of optional equipment is available?
Should you require baby seats, child seats or GPS you should request these at time of reservation. All optional equipment is on request only pending confirmation from the car rental company. All optional equipment must be paid for locally.
How is my rental car insured?
All rental cars have included a public/third party liability & theft of the rental car insurance. All rental cars include extra CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), normally with an excess fee in case of damage to or theft of the rental car.
Do I need extra insurance?
At time of pick-up the car rental company's representative may offer you extra insurance like Super CDW (to reduce or exclude the excess), Personal Accident Insurance or other insurances. You need to check for yourself if you need and want any of the optional insurances offered locally.
Can I get my rental car delivered and collected?
At time of reservation you can request the delivery and/or collection of the rental car for an additional fee. Rental cars can be delivered and/or collected to/from hotels only and not to/from private addresses, camping grounds or similar.
Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)?
If your driver license is not in the Roman alphabet and/or if you travel outside of Europe, an International Driving Permit IN ADDITION to your valid driver license is strongly recommended. In a few destination and with a few car rental partners the IDP must be presented mandatorily at time of pick-up. Pls. check our terms & conditions at time of reservation.
Can friends or family members also drive my rental car?
Any additional driver need to be registered in the rental agreement. Additional drivers need to be present at time of pick-up and provide a valid driver license and passport/photoID. Most car rental companies charge a daily fee for additional drivers.
Is there a minimum age for renting a car?
Yes, car rental companies require minimum ages of primary and additional drivers. The minimum age can differ by supplier and car category.

Arrivals in airports and other transportation hubs will be greeted with a hand-held sign.

Reservations are fully refundable up until the time the driver and vehicle depart the garage. 'No-show' bookings will be charged the full cost of the transfer.
Is there a fee for changing my reservation?
There is no fee to change reservations for transfer services.
